Mobile Mechanic Huntsville AL

The engine overheat warning light came on in our car while we were in Huntsville staying in a hotel as we are from another state. We were desperate to return home 200 miles away the next morning. We contacted Jason‘s Mobile Mechanics and Chase responded to my calls and text messages promptly, his communication was consistent. When he arrived, he concluded the thermostat housing needed to be replaced. I went to the local dealer where I purchased the part and he was able to replace it in the parking lot where we were staying. Great service, the whole stressful event was resolved within five or six hours from beginning to end. Chase was awesome, a very skilled auto mechanic. We were afraid we were going to be stranded far from home with no car and few options. This caused us a lot of anxiety but Chase’s expertise saved the day. Their labor rates are very reasonable and we were treated well.

Talk about a life saver! Trying to get help with my wife’s car on a Saturday was a nightmare — but Jason came right by and got us squared away. He was prompt and professional — and priced very reasonably. Big thanks, Jason!

I recently had my alternator replaced and overall the work quality was great. Jason (the mechanic assigned) did a solid job. The repair was completed efficiently and expeditiously. It took him about 50 minutes start to finish. I’m very satisfied with the actual service. My only concern was with communication and scheduling. When I initially reached out, Jason was responsive and provided pricing upfront, which I appreciated. I was told to contact him back once I got the part. I rushed and got the part and followed up, and that's when I found out he was working out of town and he would do the job the next day. I also wasn’t aware there were multiple jobs ahead of me until I reached out the morning of the service. While he did respond when I reached out, I feel like those details could have been shared earlier to help set expectations. Once he arrived, everything went smoothly and professionally. The pricing was very fair. I would recommend the service based on the quality of the work, but clearer communication would have made the experience even better.
